تُصدره الجهة الرسمية «المركز الوطني للرقابة على الالتزام البيئي (NCEC)». ودورنا كجهة مؤهّلة هو إعداد الطلب والدراسات ومتابعته حتى الإصدار.They are issued by the official authority, the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC). Our role as a qualified agency is to prepare the application and studies and follow up until issuance.

تصريح الإنشاء يسبق البناء والتجهيز، وتصريح التشغيل يخصّ المنشأة وهي تعمل. ولكلٍّ متطلباته ودراساته، وتغطي لوائح التصاريح كذلك التعديل والتوسعة والإغلاق. نحدّد لك المسار الصحيح قبل فتح الملف حتى لا تُقدَّم دراسة لا تلزمك.The construction permit precedes building and fit-out; the operating permit applies to a facility already in operation. Each has its own requirements and studies, and the permit regulations also cover modification, expansion and closure. We identify the correct route before the file is opened, so that no study is submitted that you do not need.

Prevention is better: what most often sends a file back is missing operational data, incomplete measurements, or a generic environmental management plan that does not actually describe the facility.
